J7 prime keeps - no app is working

I m also facing similar issue with J 7 prime..frequently it is showing- Samsung cloud keeps stopping , Process system is not responding & all apps crash sililarly & I m not able to use even galley..All data in internal memory is not being copied... Service centre says new softwaresoftwaresoftwaredeleted veryveryvery very bad level phone..Going away from Samsung..
