J7 max Camera fail

Too dark photo clicked from 3rd party app . I hav attached two photos .. The bright photo is from my actual inbuilt camera app and the darker one is from what's app..kindly fix this soon samsung.. I am very much saddened coz I am not able to properly video call wid my loved ones

Hi friends,
I bought this j7 max in sangeetha mobile. After 2 weeks,
I was facing an issue in camera. That if I capture an object, in 4 to 5 inch distance, then the captured image is good. if I capture the same object in 2 to 3 inch distance, then the image very very blur.
Is this normal, or it's a hardware issue... pls suggest me.
