J7 Pro doesn't turn on

The phone switched off when the battery is fully drained.

But when i try to switch it ON it's not turning ON.

I Plugged charger and the screen showing the battery loading picture only , its not charging. I can't switch ON the phone.

Please Please help me Samsung. There are many important files are there in my phone.

I UPDATED THE PHONE TO THE LATEST VERSION THAT SAMSUNG PROVIDED

Connect the charger hold power and volume down button at the same time then if it turns on clear cache partition if it doesn't then throw your phone inside lava or give it to @iamiceparticle he desperately needs it.

sorry to hear that.....i had same problem with my s4 mini tried everything but once it turned off it never turned on
