Device Management Version, We are Getting all app are Oldest Virson, Samsung Have Lattest Virson, But he could not deliver latest version

like, Device Managment, My File, Browser, Call, Gallery, Camera, Gallery, etc.

thats version is for all 2017 models ..even i tried to install them ..but exicting package conflit

Only problem with pre installed app (Gallery), if i am using 3rd party app that is Aweaome.
