Since last update shareit not working on my j7 Prime..plz help tried to reinstall it still doesn't work

nearby devices cannot find me... even when all things like hotspot etc are working fine

Have You Tried Xender ?? If this able to solve this problem then defect is not on your phone its problem on "Shareit" Please Report it to the shreit developers.

turn on Location And Change some settings in share it.. bro and Try To restart da Device

i am also having trouble while sending files on j7 2016. To send via shareit i need to turn on location manually, only then it recognise nearby devices otherwise not.
