J7 MAX fingerprint is not working

I have a J7 MAX phone and my phone's fingerprint not working always show "An error has occurred with the fingerprint sensor. If this message appears repeatedly,restart your device."
several times i restarted my phone and also rebooting the phone but problem is not solve.
please suggest what can i do.
