J7 Duo failure to install Android 10 version

I have tried for 2dys now but invain. I think Sumsung is not serious with its customers bcoz of the Covid 19 pandemic. Think of those people who are far from Service centers. Pliz we need urgent attention to the problem as professionals in the industry.
