How to use live streaming on J7 2016 into tv using smart view?

its simple, TV must be wifi enabled,
pair the device both TV and phone,
your phone screen will be displayed in the TV screen (screen mirroring)
For best result,
Samsung TV

Smart view is not an inbuilt app, it's a downloaded one. in TV it is showing all recorded videos in phone but not live streaming videos.

And also I am having Samsung 6100 model tv.
