Hello samsung Before 1 week i got an fota update after installing the update my phone is automatically hang and restart when its restart then on my screen verification failed then i press the power key and restart but today when i charge my mobile its switch off and not restar then i scared i thing my mobile is dead then i try forced restart by pressing power key and vol up and down key its not only my problem all j5 prime user after updating with this update all are facing same proble please samsung fix this

Try to do a factory reset when the mobile is in off mode.

Same issue is being highlighted earlier and the response from Samsung was stunning. Get it checked at service center. I don't understand if there is issue with fota, what can service center do???? Even they didn't raised issue with technical team for solution.
Samsung please note we need improved fota as a solution.

it is also happening even with me... after we get the above mentioned text on the screen there will only a single option on the screen reset...
