i hv become 18+ recently nd got my atm card few days later.i thought of linking my atm card with d samsung pay app.But when asked my parents about doing that..they straightaway asked me to not do that;not even by mistake.when i asked about any reason,they said that what will i do if i lost my phne;anyone will simply know details of my atm card nd do anything they want.....
so i just want to ask that is d app safe nd secure....
i mean to ask that how ur accnt is safe(samsung pay) when ur phne is lost.
In fact, it is safer than traditional cards in a way. Even if your phone gets lost, no one can access the card details without your biometrics, but if your purse/wallet gets lost, you are doomed. I have stopped using physical cards since a few months now. Carrying just your phone is so much more convenient.
