IMS service stopped functioning error message

After recent update of my Samsung Galaxy J7 prime the error message appears as 'IMS service stopped functioning' and after hiting 'close app' it goes. The message appears every time when I start my phone.

Go to Messages> Settings> Chat Settings> Advanced Messaging & calling Turn off it.
problem will be resolved.
