How to stop requesting handset configuration notification?

Because of this notification my charge reducing quickly  in J7 Prime and screen doesn't off.

If anyone knows please tell me how to get rid of this notification.

one messge send to bsnl this msg after stop notifications talk any bsnl shop or any sim card vendor

isko midnight me koshis karo or chhordo us ke haal pe😉😉
