How to recover deleted text messages

I dont have any back up. But i need some messages last 5 days. I tried many software but nothing happen. Please advice or give solutions.

Samsung Messages has Trash option, you can recover messages from Trash

Oh J7, doubt there is trash option. My advise is install Truecaller and schedule it for daily or weekly backup of calls and messages

Can i change the SIM card to another where will be trash option 🤔. But i think its not work

Now it's not possible to recover deleted messages. You need to upgrade phone to use these options
