I Have Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (SM-G610F). When i open "google play /play store" my phone hanged and black screen appears. I can't do anything. Untill my phone battery down to 0%.
Please Do SOMETHING.......
or exchange my j7 prime....

Pressing power key and vol down for about 7 seconds should restart your phone.

If power + volume down does not work then try power + volume down + home key... This will bring your phone in downloading mode and then you can restart from there... It works too many times in my J7 prime...
