How do I reboot my outdated Galaxy J7 mobile ?

I have an old Galaxy J7 nxt that I wanted to completely wipe, but I don't have access to the phone number or Samsung account that were used when the phone was purchased because it was so long ago.

I am unable to wipe the device without the passwords, and I have my doubts about performing a hard reset because the device has a FRP lock.

Can anyone offer some recommendations for this?
