go to google assitant setting

you mean start google assistant with voice command 'ok google' or 'hey google'

Setting >> Google >> Search >> Voice >> Voice Match >> Access with voice match (enable by slide button position to right side ) >> than agree t&c and setup your voice record as per next screen instruction
