Yeah, that actually happens sometimes — especially on Samsung phones running One UI, where after a restart or crash, the Mobile Hotspot name (SSID) or password might reset to default. While it's not supposed to happen every time.

Reset network settings (clean start):
1.Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings
2.Then reconfigure your hotspot manually again.
Avoid battery optimization on Hotspot settings app:
1.Settings > Apps > tap the 3-dot menu > Show system apps
2.Search for “Settings” or “Hotspot”
3.Battery > Set it to “Unrestricted”
1.Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings
2.Then reconfigure your hotspot manually again.
Avoid battery optimization on Hotspot settings app:
1.Settings > Apps > tap the 3-dot menu > Show system apps
2.Search for “Settings” or “Hotspot”
3.Battery > Set it to “Unrestricted”
