J8 won't get Android 11 update because it has already received 2 major updates from Android 8 to 10.

Your device has already got 2 major updates i.e. Android 9 and 10 . Hence it wouldn't get Android 11

J8 won't get Android 11 because Samsung promised only two major OS updates for your device. It got both. They were Android 9 and 10.
