I found solution.

I have the same device and the problem happened to my when I have updated to the last software version Oreo, I have try several method and finally the one solved the problem is an apk to play services and I have downloaded it from the link below https://www.apklinker.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services-android-tv/google-play-services-androi...
