Galaxy J5 Prime restarting automatically many times

I'm from India using Galaxy J5 Prime 2016 version. Day before yesterday there was 180 mb firmware upgrade over OTA, I installed it and after that my phone became working slow and from that day till now atleast 10 times it has restarted and 2 times I needed to force start my phone.

Please help me as in how can I downgrade my phone 1 step. Or is there any new upgrade in the pipeline?

do a factory Hard reset

Hard Reset is I think last option. I hope there might be some solution. Thanks Btw!!

Hard reset does not remove that problem wait for another update to get solved

my PH j7 prime also has the same problem but it cleared after update
