recently i get the issue of head phone jack of j7 pro
its not working when i take to service center they told me that its water lock
but when i check the phone from engg hand there was some stick glue or bond some thing was found on that the engg called the manager and show to him he told that he agreee that is not water but we cant claim it we send this case to Chennai dep they taken photo and send them after that i call them they told that our head technical dep check and conform that after we say atleast 3days they taken now he called and telling that its has checked its water locked
when i say give the report which given by the head dep
he is saying me that we cant share any encloses to you
what is this i told send it on my email they are saying no how could i agree on saying like that
i also tell them that i booked FIR case on the company
o told to give the ID no of the caller they are say i cant

it is an common sense that the phone is in back cover there will be 2 3cm gab from surface how the bond can be enter in that as well as the dust you can see on the charging and headphone jack if the water enter the jack will be clean


what would you all say about it after seeing the condition of phone will it fall in water or any liquid

simple ask them to show water white patches images. still don't then knock consumer court door. filing F.I.R its ain't going to help you & threatening by say this. FYI I'm saying this by my experience. well it always worked for me and I've hired consumer lawyer.

hireing a lawyer is good option samsung never listen to his customers it's myth that samsung have good after sale support,after apple.
