This automated replies really sucks bro. I too don't like this automated response.. Still once try resetting(erasing all the data) your phone once.. If the problem still exists then better to go to nearest service centre.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and wrong information provided to you. The issue occurring in your device related to Adaptive Brightness Go requires binary update and the same is already escalated to R&D team for rectification. Soon the device will get binary update for the same via FOTA i.e. Menu> Settings> Software Update> Auto Update> Enable it.
