Direct Video calling is not performing after nougat update

My Phone cannot make direct video call after i have updated my phone Galaxy on8.There is always message comes ' Video call cannot be made to this number'.

listen to me carefully....u can video call only to those devices which support normal video call...Motorola,Xiaomi these phones do not support normal video call...only SAMSUNG phones support normal video call...thank u
