So i have a Samsung Galaxy J7 nxt, and it is not mentioned in Android Pie eligible devices... but J7 neo is mentioned.
On gsmarena, they both are similar...

All samsung non flagship smartphones receive one os update only. So is you have already received it then you won't get pie otherwise of you have oreo out of the box then you should be getting pie.

Actually, it's 2 major OS updates regardless if the phone is a flagship model or not.
It's a Google requirement.

Samsung phone receive 2 major update.. but as skelly said its Google Requirement i dont think so.. cause Motorola is giving only 1 update probably... may get Q though ... and vivo isn't able to give Pie as well to its entry level (performance) but midranger according to price 😂😂
