I have received 186MB update few days back. Afterwards what i am facing is terrible. I have put my device to charge in night with 79% battery. in the morning i am trying to wakeup my device using power button. But is is not waking up. Charging light is still red. Alarm not rang. Afterwards i have kept power boton pressed for some while assuming my device has been turned off and it will switch on. but stll no luck. So i have pressed Volume + and - key with power button key simultaneous to force restart the device. device restarted.

but i is the reason behind this. i am facing this issue since update i installed.

May security update has completely broken my phone. Its bad. What samsung will suggest is to do a factory reset or contact support centre. but dear samsung you need to know that its not that easy we need to spare some time for that. We need to back up our devices before giving it to support centre. and your service is based on trial and error. you will update the software and device is handed over to us. and i am sure we will again found phone suffering from the same issue. And we are forced to visit support centre again.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused after device update. There may be some software glitch which leads to this cause, the issue may be fixed after force restarting the device by pressing the power and volume down key for 10 seconds. We suggest you to reset your device once on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and removing the accounts. If same issues persist, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected by the Service Engineer. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
