Hi All, two days ago I have informed you that this phone, device encryption is not supporting. Then I received a reply From Samsung they have removed it due to Samsung knox.

The issue when I open samsung knox app its not supporting to my phone. And secure folder is working. Okay! but i cannot update it from play store! Error message is (your device not compatible with version)

In Samsung official site also this secure Folder version is not available. So help me? I want to know my device and secure folder is totally protected (encrypted) or not?

We would like to inform you that your device is completely secure with the KNOX security which consists of overlapping defense and security mechanisms that protect against intrusion, malware, and more malicious threats. Regarding device encryption option it has been removed and Samsung My Knox app it has been discontinued from the Samsung end alternatively you can use secure folder to hide and lock application.
To check the device Knox version navigate to settings>>software information>>Knox version.

okay thanks! one more question! then why can't see secure folder in playstore and Galaxy apps? playstore said secure folder not supported to my device? what's the difference of playstore secure folder and my secure folder?
