DQA Stopped Working

This popup irritate me everytime. Once the popup appears, it removes the samsung accou t from device including Samsung Pay. Upon restart only, I can login again. Any help with this?

i didn't get exact problem but i will give you one settings as per my guessing
just go to Samsung pay settings

Tap on the green "Disable" button.
