1. SETTINGS》ACCESSIBILITY 》VISION ENHANCEMENTS 》SHOW BUTTON SHAPES>> TURN IT OFF.
2. We request you to set the device Network mode to “LTE/3G/2G (Auto connect)” or “LTE Only” or “3G only” mode . Steps: Setting > Connection > Mobile Networks >Set the network
3. Please keep sufficient internal memory free in the device. Steps: Setting > Storage.
4. Please enable the download manager function in your device. Steps: Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol >Tab Download manager > Tap on enable button.
5. We recommend you to perform of download manager clear data function in your device. Steps: Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol > Tab system app > Tab Download manager >Tab Storage > Tab Clear data.
