I download one ui 3 custom theme but that stopping after 5 min what do ido

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. SETTINGS》ACCESSIBILITY 》VISION ENHANCEMENTS 》SHOW BUTTON SHAPES>> TURN IT OFF.

2. We request you to set the device Network mode to “LTE/3G/2G (Auto connect)” or “LTE Only” or “3G only” mode .
Steps: Setting > Connection > Mobile Networks >Set the network

3. Please keep sufficient internal memory free in the device.
Steps: Setting > Storage.

4. Please enable the download manager function in your device.
Steps: Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol >Tab Download manager > Tap on enable button.

5. We recommend you to perform of download manager clear data function in your device.
Steps: Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol > Tab system app > Tab Download manager >Tab Storage > Tab Clear data.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
