Now a days galaxy j8 has increased his charging time. The time to take a charge from 0% to 100% is about 6 to 7 hours which is very very disappointing to me 

At last request all the Samsung members to improve the charging system please

change your data cable.

Buy new data cable and try it.

You can also download Amphere app from play store to check power supply your phone getting via charger or data cable.
Replace new data cable with old one,
result you will get

bro i have same problem....it takes 3/3.30 hours to fully charged

Do you charge your phone using the original Samsung charger which was provided with your device when you borrowed it for the first time?

i also faced same problem after replacing data cable with a good quality cable problem resolved
