Charger not charge my mobile

Dear samsung team,

  Pls hlp for my problem my phone with my samsung charger..

Charging show when I connect charger but for only show not charger my mobile I try this till 1/2 hours..but not charger ..pls help and solve this problem ..

In my opinion you will have to replace battery.

my battery are fixed in mobile

Take it to service centre they can replace it

it's 2.5 year old phone so how customer replace it
