Bluetooth not working for J7 Max

I've Samsung J7 Max.. Bluetooth is not working fine.. the connection breaks after 2 songs.. I'm using iBall Bluetooth headset.. pls help me fix this.. even when connected to any Bluetooth device, facing the connection issue after 5-10 mins.. it breaks.. and that is very bad and embarrassing at times..

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Bluetooth >> Storage >> Clear data.
- connect the Bluetooth headset.
