vist to www.apkmirror.com and download bixby and install all bixby apps and then download activity launcher and create shortcut od bixby then open it... after that restart the phone.. then u can access bixby by swipe the home screen from left to right .... then you can use bixby... after that you can uninstall the activity launcher.. and delete the shortcut as u wish....
