We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that the App issue report shows the application error caused such as App crash and battery drainage by an application. Please follow the below steps to fix the issue:

- Open settings>>Device maintenance>>3 dot>>About device maintenance and check for update.
- Update the My galaxy and check re login in My galaxy app. Open settings>>Clouds and accounts>>accounts>>My galaxy app>>3 dot>>Remove.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
