I usually connect to my office toll free no starts with 1800 but with this new J7 Pro i couldn't. I saved this no. without extension "91" and when I go to Contacts and try calling the no. I was able to connect but when I call from call history (Phone) it default add +91 to the toll free number and in my screen I see the dialling number a +911800.... Hence getting an error voice saying "You seem to dial a wrong number". But I was able to connect if I manually type in dial pad or try calling from Contacts. I know this is weird, how to fix this?

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
