I am not able to sync gallery in samsung cloud app.

Device backup mein incl nahin hai?

Try opening up the folders in the cloud server and check if Gallery is already in Device backup

Samsung cloud now in My Files has been replaced with OneDrive .
Activate OneDrive in MyFiles in your phone .
You can able to move/transfer all file OneDrive after that .

To sync the gallery with OneDrive,
go-to gallery setting and enable sync with OneDrive option.

due to this non-availablity of this function, I can't see photos in my samsung smart tv. This is very irritating for me. I applied all methods which is suggested by samsung care and my well wishers. THERE IS NO POSITIVE SUPPORT FROM SAMSUNG SIDE. Due to non availablity of this function I am very disturbed.
