I use both 😄, but some people prefer to use RCS features in the Google Messages app.

Samsung Messages has a nice list of pre-defined replies, you can create your responses too from settings.
But Google Message offers something more interesting and that is Smart Replies.
If you Ask Me I will Choose Samsung Message.
