Samsung Accessibility app received an update on 19th May via the Samsung Galaxy Store — but without any "What’s new" information.
Accessibility apps are essential for persons with disabilities like me (I’m a person with visual impairment). I have already provided this feedback to Samsung through multiple channels, including the Samsung Members app — but it seems Samsung is not serious about its accessibility users. Please consider improving in the following areas:

1. Transparency: Always include clear “What’s new” details in updates, especially for accessibility tools.

2. Regular Updates: Unlike other Samsung apps (Internet, My Files, Members), the Accessibility app is rarely updated. Regular updates are crucial for stability and improvement.

3. Beta Version: Provide a beta version so users can help identify bugs before official releases—ensuring a smoother, more reliable experience.

4. Innovation: Bring back innovation. Samsung once led in accessibility features, but new developments have slowed. Accessibility users deserve continued advancement.

5. Awareness & Engagement: Actively promote accessibility tools and collaborate with the disability community for meaningful feedback.
Accessibility is a right, not just a feature. Please prioritize it.

The image displays a smartphone screen showing an Accessibility settings menu. The screen is divided into three main sections representing different categories of accessibility features:
1. Visibility enhancements: This section includes options such as "High contrast theme," "High contrast fonts," "Highlight buttons," "Color inversion," and others aimed at improving visual clarity. There are various toggle switches and sliders for customization.
2. Hearing enhancements: This section features options like "Hearing aid support," "Amplify ambient sound," "Adapt Sound," and settings for audio balance. It also includes a "Live Transcribe" feature and options for captioning, such as "Google subtitles (CC)."
3. Interaction and dexterity: This section lists features designed to assist with phone interaction. Options include "Universal switch," "Assistant menu," and "Touch and hold delay." There are sliders and toggle switches for settings like "Tap duration" and "Ignore repeated touches."
Below the settings, there's a description that highlights the benefits of accessibility features for users, especially those with physical or situational limitations.
At the bottom of the screen, there’s an overview section that provides details about the app, including:
- Version: 15.5.02.0
- Updated date: 19-May-2025
- Size: 13.89 MB
Finally, there is a "Top apps in the category" section with a visual representation of other apps, and a prominent blue button labeled "Open" that allows users to launch the accessibility app.
The overall background is dark, with white and blue text, which enhances readability. The layout is organized and user-friendly, focused on providing options for customizing accessibility settings.

In Accessibility Users (Persons with Disabilities) case improvement is almost missing more than 2 years.
