Unable to exit Safe mode on Gallery app

Not sure how I got safe mode on my gallery app. I can't exit from it. I restarted the phone as well. No luck.

Phone model: S23 ultra

To exit Safe Mode, you can restart your phone. You can also tap the Safe mode notification, swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap Turn off.

This is not system wide safe mode. This safe mode appears only for the gallery app. However, I already tried what you suggested. But no luck.

It turns out that I accidentally had enabled the safe mode via Gallery Labs. Turning it off fixed the issue.
