S22ultra Not recived android update

My device is samsung s22ultra is not eligible for samsung upgrade, what to do ??

It's eligible. Try updating in safe mode or by using the Smart Things desktop application

I was already tying using smart thing but there is no any update showing in it.

Take a backup of your device and visit the service center they'll update it manually (all data will be wiped out).

I faced the same issue. Talk to customer service/support on webchat or WhatsApp. They will send the update to your phone. Once you get the notification then you can download and install it.
They are sending updates in batches (as said by their support team in chat).
