Object eraser is not what you will hget through app update id your android version is not up to date.

What's your android version /one ui version?

Go to apk mirror.com or search Google for Samsung gallery and download latest apk from apkmirror.com only, then search on Google samsung photos editor apk and download latest apk from apkmirror.com

Install both apk. Once done. Enjoy.

Click on photo-tap edit/pencil icon-tap three dot at right side-object eraser.
