Issues in Samsung A8 plus after Android Pie update

Hi All,

I am facing issues after Android Pie update.

1. Video quality is degraded. Small dots/spots in every video. Before update my phone was working absolutely fine.

2. Phone is now very very slow. 

Does anybody facing these issues after Android 9 updates?

SAMSUNG doesn't care they aren't doing anything in this case there are a lot of problems in this phone. This is just too much not the price we gave for it. NOT COOL SAMSUNG.

in a8 plus there is lot of bug after pie update
1 is phone over heating
2 is battery draining very fast
3 is slow charging
4 is net speed is going very slow

One Ui is nice
But I noticed performance lags and slow response compared to oreo.
Ram consumption is too high
other thing I noticed is Both camera quality and clarity got worsened
slow mo , scene optimizer missing

AVOID THE UPDATE.

DON'T RUIN YOUR LIFE BY THIS PIE UPDATE to Samsung A8+ (2018).

The update has slowed down the phone, overheating and fast battery drain are noticed.

Repenting why I took the bloody update.

Shame on Samsung to release without proper testing.

Is any resolution in the pepeline for the unfortunate few?

SAMSUNG, Please help resolve the problems.

Dear all After new update i faced below major issue. Hopefully samsung fixed them soon.

1- Data connection speed is dead slow, while same connection working fine in other phone.

2- battery life redued

I am using samsung galaxy A8 2018 phone.

I am also having battery issues on my A8 after pie update

I had the same issues with a8 star after pie update. You have to downgrade to Oreo. Factory reset your phone. Download Oroe firmware for your country from SamMobile or another site. Use Odin 3.13.1 and run it as an administrator and flash the firmware. You can find instructions on the Internet. If you want to keep your apps and personal files backup using Smart Swtich for Windows and restore after downgrade.

Same. And mine isn't only in videos, some miniature images from Twitter, Instagram and Facebook too. 

Other problem I have is my notifications doesn't appear probably, with no pop up, only appwrs directly in my notifications bar
