I accidentally deleted all my files. ALL OF MY PHOTOS ARE GONE. How do I get it back again because all of my photos, memories, video are all gone. I am really disappointed. I thought It was like useless files.
Try an App called Photo Recovery- Z tool from the Google App store. If you're successful in recovering them I would advise you to upload/sync your images to the cloud to avoid loss.
Please note that you can only be able to retrieve your photos if you had backed up your gallery.
On your phone, please do the following:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 2. Select Settings. 3. Select Cloud and Accounts 4. Tap on Backup and Restore 5. Select Restore data
Kindly follow the below steps to activate cloud backup:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 2. Tap Gallery. 3. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right. 4. Tap Settings. 5. Tap Samsung account. 6. Push Slider to de/activate.
