Gallery and Gmail are not visible in "Extra battery saving Mood"

When I activate "Extra Battery Savings mood" , I'm unable to open Gallery and Gmail app. Because these apps are not shown in application list, in this Mood. 

 I've already cleared data of these apps, Restarted device. But unable to see the two apps in Battery savings mood. In normal mood all are ok.

 Pls guide me..how to get rid of this
