Esim on s24 while resetting

I am using an jio esim and now i want to reset my phone as it is showing many issues. 

Is there any option to keep the esim while resetting or i need to do something else.??

Isn't there a option to keep esim or delete esim while resetting ???

It worked for my airtel esim so i think it will work for jio BUT im not sure so you should do some research before resetting. The best option is to talk to jio suppoet before resetting the device so they can suggest you some ideas

Personally i would suggest talking to jio support using the jio care on their app its really good and they reply really fast and you can choose text or call. It will save you alot of time

They misunderstood your question as if u r just deleting the older esim.

Unfortunately, resetting your device also deletes your eSim

no problem with erasing of esim
