Don't buy FE models 🙄. Why, read this👇

Today, I faced many issues with my device. Every day, my mobile heats up excessively. Even after using it for just 4–5 minutes, my S21 FE gets very hot. I also have the S23 FE, and both phones suffer from severe heating issues, network problems, battery drain, and more. Automatically volume up and down without pressing buttons.

Today, my phone crossed all limits — I wasn’t able to open anything except the Contacts app.

I would like to say to Samsung: please don't sell the FE series anymore.

May be some background application kill battery and heating that's why ur contact customer care 😂😂😂😂

Samsungs heating in summer is very common even charging cooks the phone that's just the way samsungs are built.

Few tips that help me ill share with you.,
1. Clear background applications.
2. Go in settings > security and privacy > app security check for malwares if found any uninstall immediately.
3. Check battery use see which app is using most battery (unusual consumption) if app is not necessary uninstall or atleast go and clear catche for that app.
4. While charging or heavy use especially during summer remove back case this helps dissipate heat faster and prevent thermal throttling.
5. Whenever you buy a samsungs phone try you best to buy a model with Qualcomm processor instead of Exynos

If you have backup ur data , factory reset for smooth operation again, other wise this will behave same like now for ever., actually these phones are not meant for heavy task for long

Bro you're absolutely right, I have a S21Fe and above-mentioned issue faced I also faced from the next date from purchased. Previously i visited Samsung service center more than 2 times but nothing improve at all. The most frustrated device ever I used,note ably I used samsung device from 2012.
