This is so wired in samsung phones that only last 3 months call log histroy is available in device before these 3 months all histroy is deleted by itself.

Keep do something call log histroy is so important for many people.

I even have recent calls of 2020 since it is sync with google

In general there is no option to delete call logs after x number of days. It is just that you need to backup with Google and Samsung account. It will save the data.

Nope not so
There isn't any official data available to store only 3 months call log eg
Mine is available from 28 may 2021

That day i mistakenly factory reset the device
