UAE will probably get exynos.. same as international version.
Only S24 ultra has snapdragon worldwide.

Yes you are correct. International variants of S24 and S24+ come with Exynos 2400 (except in US, Japan and China - those get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 variants).
Only the S24 Ultra released with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 around the world.
