unable to connect Samsung f62 to the windows laptop with type C cable.

High folks, 

I'm trying to connect my Samsung F62 mobile to the windows laptop using type C cable but unfortunately I'm not able to charge my mobile using type c cable connecting to laptop when I checked on my mobile ,it is directly showing charging connected device and when I tried to switch the function of "USB controlled by" to this phone it is giving me error of couldn't switch. 

Please, help me resolving this error since, both data cable and pc are working fine. But, facing this issue that not able to charge my phone while connecting to my laptop

I'm using c to c cable and it is working fine. I just want my f62 to be connected to laptop for charging my mobile

ISN'T IT STARTING CHARGING AS ITS CONNECTED TO PC
AS ITS VERY COMMON THING WHEN WE CONNECT ANY PHONE TO PC !

That's what I'm pointing in this post, it is not even charging my phone and on my phone when connected to laptop it shows "charging connected device". I also tried to change the above setting as in attachment but it is giving error.

Yes, USB is always controlled by Connected device, even for otg devices, can not switch it. But it works as usual, it doesn't affect as it should.

But I'm Unable to charge the phone as simple even with basic setup also

Try changing the mode first without connecting cable, in the Developer Options > Default USB Configuration.

I tried revoke usb setting and then changing the default USB configuration but, still same error is persisting.
