f62 with Vi Sim, can't connect internet while calling

Hi, I cannot use internet if I make a call or if i receive a call on vi network. I have enabled volte in settings for Sim 1. 

Does anyone face this problem in f62 or other Samsung smartphones? But if I put jio Sim, then I can call and surf simultaneously.

Vi network has unlimited data at night, so I don't want to port to other networks. But if I cannot resolve this problem, then I must port out...plz help

Turn off volte and change to 3g

3g only option is not working at all. It shows no network

Hi bro..... I faced this issue. I think this is phones fault but after i called the vi service center after they told that this was inactive on my phone. So just call them and ask to resolve them. But on my mobile i couldn't see the volte option while i faced that issue. Just try my idea

I use calling and data simultaneously in F62 with VI sim. I have no issue 😇
