Im facing severe lagging issue with my Samsung F15 5G phone from past one month and i have visited authorized service centre 4 times but no solution is given to me. My phone is 2 months old and is under Warrenty im facing this issue of severe laging and overheating every day, only rebooting solves this then the problem agin arrise next day. I have gone service centre several times but they dont provide me any solution just fashes my software and dont check the hardware saying they are not authorised to do so.
I have also raised the complaint to samsung head office for which a case person was assigned to me Sumiya Begam she suggested me to visit the same service centre for forth time for velidation i didn't wanted to go but unpon her advice i had gone this saturday upon her assurance that she will contact the service centre and be my constant gidance but from saturday she is not available and i have called her like hundreds of time im in service centre tell them what to do but she completely ghosted me. Now i have gone to service centre and they did nothing on my phone littrally nothing. Now im tired of all this issue and constant going to service centre. I want a replacement of my phone as it is under warranty and service centre also couldn't solve the problem and raise a complaint against the Authorized cervice centre and Customer Experience Manager. Please start the replacement processes as i cant bear this phone any longer with this issue.

Have you tried emailing servicehead.in@samsung.com ? If not please try once.
And I am sharing this issue to moderators and I hope this will be resolved soon.

Brother im tired all means the case person which was assigned to me was from head office only and she ghosted me leaving he stranded. That is the reson i have desided to go public with this issue. I have visited service centre 4 times brother with no solution. Now i just want replacement i wont visit any service centre any further.

I can feel you bro. And I totally understand, drop them an email and please escalate the issue on the said ID with job sheet and including your chat with that said Customer care person. If still you are unsatisfied you can goto consumer forum.

Email is already droped and with the customer care person i talked in phone though i have call recording of conversation in Hindi, and id you said bro i didn't understood?

I did here's the reply i recived this afternoon they said that they closed the case as issue resolved but I didn't approve of case closing nor my problem is solved.1727862737724.jpg
